BLE Adapter Usage
In case you use a BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy: Bluetooth 4.0 and beyond) adapter,
you only need to activate Bluetooth in the Settings app.

Please note that there is no pairing possible and needed by the Settings
app! OBD Evolution automatically recognizes the BLE adapter and establishes
a connection.
The following BLE adapters are currently supported by OBD Evolution:
Below there are two images shown for each supported BLE adapter: both images show the adapter entry
in the iOS app Settings → Bluetooth. The first image
shows the entry in case the app is not connected to the adapter while the right image
shows the entry in case the app is connected to the adapter.
Please note: for some BLE adapters there is no entry shown at all in
Settings → Bluetooth when not connected -
nevertheless OBD Evolution is able to connect to the adapter!
